We went to the house today. No one was there working. We sat on the front steps while we ate a sandwich. None of the grass seed we planted has come up. We are worried the house won’t get finished before the loan is due. This is not a good day. Click on the picture below to see more photos.

Today we got to meet the “J” of J.A. Young and Sons Painting. John Young was visiting the site where his son Greg and worker Jay Segal are applying the finishing coats of polyurethane to our doors and wood trim. Click on the picture below to see more.

We have watched John Fiery and his team for about five months now. They do their portion of the work - then they go away to make room for other people. We haven’t seen them for awhile and it sure is good to see them now. They are nice people and they always have a kind word and a smile - but only one word and only one smile - we don’t want to bother them while they work. We are very thankful to have such great people building our house. Click on the photo below to see more pictures.
